I truly enjoyed this dark fantasy adventure. I have been with Jeni since the first book, and I have loved watching the whole cast change and grow. One of my favorite parts about this book was the attention to demons and voodoo magic. I have always been fascinated by that kind of magic, and I liked seeing it used in this book. I also loved learning about Jeni’s family and abilities with her, and I loved the fact that her lineage was explored in this book. Any fan of paranormal fantasy will enjoy this!
