How Does My Fruit Grow? At first glance of the title, you might think this is a book for little kids, but it is not. This book is packed full of information on how plants grow and change in different stages to be able to not only produce fruit but also reproduce and make sure their line lives on down the road. This book follows the story of Sophie and her family and how they work together in the garden.

This was an interesting book by Gerda Miller. The last time I read one of her books, the book was wordless, and this book is very lengthy. The illustrations in this book were very good and detailed. The illustrations showed the tiny parts inside of a flower that we don’t always get to see.
